Welcome! The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Resource Center at SIUC is a designated safe space that provides support, education, and advocacy for members of the campus and community.
The Center is open to visitors during regular university hours, 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. If you are a faculty member, staff, student, alumni, or community visitor, click the appropriate link at the top of the page for information about how the GLBT Resource Center can serve you. Safe Zone training is a great way to get involved and learn more about the LGBTIQA Community here at SIU. Most training sessions take about one hour and are well worth the effort. If you are interested in Safe Zone training please check the calendar for pending training times or feel free to call us and let us know when is good.
